Dance increases levels of serotonin, endorphins,
dopamine, and norepinephrine which are
responsible for reducing depression and anxiety,
while increasing motivation, healing, and
strengthening bones. It is even used as a therapy
to help treat psychological disorders. Line dancing increases the
"happy chemicals" in your body. Come join us!
Regular Line dance class schedule: Beginner (1) Tuesdays,
10:30 – 11:30 am, $5; Improver (2) Mondays, 12:30 – 2 pm, $7;

Want to try it out? Come on by. You don't have
to be a Line Dance Club member; however, you

the instructor. Aer a trial, you will need to join
the club. Dues are $10/year. If you are interested
in participating in our activities and are not sure who to reach out
