We must deal with the reality of a world with horrible, active wars as we begin 2024. Arguably, wars are a part of the human condition, and we have millennia of history to support that. But peace is also something that humans strive for, and it requires planning, vigilance, nurturing and a solemn commitment to maintaining it wherever it breaks out. As we eat and sleep and play in our exquisite little white-walled enclave, let's not take it for granted. As we hope for peace, pray for peace and work for peace in our lives and those of our children, may our efforts ever be up to the task. Peace be with you all in 2024. ank you for your interest in the affairs of your Association.
