Valentine's Dinner Fri., Feb. 14, Ballroom, 5 pm, $28 pp. Enjoy a delicious catered, three-course, sit-down dinner from Chef Michael Alexson (NYE Caterer) with your Valentine, and prepare to dance the night away with the ever-popular DJ Chuck providing the soundtrack to your wondrous night. SDV is excited to welcome Hemet's newest Country music star, Rigby Redd. Rigby Redd will be singing his popular Internet hits such as Garden of Love, Sea Glass, and Heaven and You as well as covers of the greatest country classics. You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind show. Community Chili Cook-Off Wed., Feb. 28, Ballroom, 4 pm, Free. Get in the competitive spirit and break out your favorite chili recipe to go toe-to-toe with SDV's finest cooks. Join SDV's favorite sommelier, Kirk Green, as he walks you through the sinfully delightful journey of pairing wine with chocolate. Chocolate goes great with wine but find out why and explore all the different combinations in this very popular class. From dark chocolate to raspberry-filled, milk chocolate, and white chocolate, explore the wonderful taste combinations! This class is limited to the first 40 participants so be sure to register soon. Lounge Night w/American Made Fri., Jan. 26, Ballroom 5 pm, $5. SDV welcomes you to enjoy the country rock band American Made. They have won over 40 awards from the California Country Music Association, which includes Band of the Year, Vocal Group of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year. We are excited to have them back at the Clubhouse for an evening to remember.
