participants spent many hours decorating their carts in the spirit
of the holidays. Neighbors and friends showed up prior to the
event to view the results.

selecting the top two carts. Honorable mention was given to fih,
fourth, and third place carts. e top winners were Lisa Schrader
and Laurie Freres (first place), and Sharon and Ted Carlson
(second place).
Aer the awards were presented, the parade began. Residents
lined the streets, awaiting Santa's sleigh and all the beautiful carts,
and the cart passengers were able to view all the beautiful lights as
they made their way through the Colony. e Colony Spirit was on
full display. It was a magical evening for everyone.
