| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MARCH 2024 | 3 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth, CMCA e Annual Meeting is approaching! The "Annual Membership" Meeting will be held next month on Wed., April 24. This year, there are four positions up for re-election for two-year terms. Recently, a 60-day "Notice of Election & Candidate Listing" was emailed to residents. The notice contains election information and a list of candidates who qualified to run for the Board. The next step in the process is the mailing of the Annual Notice, ballot and envelopes which will be mailed out beginning March 22 via first class mail to all owners. It is very important that you exercise your membership rights and vote! If you have any questions about the process, please stop by The Lodge. I, or Mari, our Assistant General Manager, will be happy to answer your questions. I cannot stress how important and costly the election process is — please vote! And be sure to sign the top left corner of the "green" envelope! Due to us having more than four candidates, a "Meet the Candidates" night will be scheduled shortly after the ballots are mailed out. Please watch out for emails regarding when this will be scheduled. File of Life: The "File of Life" packets went out to all residents a few weeks ago. The Board strongly encourages residents to take advantage of the information contained in the packets, place the stickers on your door or window and have your medical information posted on the refrigerator for the paramedics and first responders. The additional forms are provided for your benefit and we hope that you take advantage of them. Improvements and Installing Solar Panels without approval: The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is continuing to receive applications for solar panels and residents making changes without approval. They have asked the Board for their help. Going forward, residents who make changes to their exteriors and/or install solar panels w/o approval will be subject to a hearing before the Board. Please take a few minutes out of your day to call Maria Donti at The Lodge before you apply for solar or start any improvements to your yards! (Per the published Fine Schedule, fines are $50 -$300 per day, week or month at the Board's discretion) If you are wondering where you can get association documents, the minutes of the meetings, financials, etc. here is the link to sign up on the Four Seasons Hemet website: https://fourseasonshemet. connectresident.com. If you wish to receive emails and electronic communications from us (instead of paper copies), please stop by the front desk to get signed up. Questions? Please remember if you have an association related question, please call The Lodge at (951) 325-8188. If you have a service request or concern, you can submit it online or stop by The Lodge and speak to one of the staff members. They will assist you in filling out a Resident Communication Form. We're here to help you! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
