| LIFE IN SOLERA | MAY 2024 | 5 Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) e Solera Oak Valley Greens Board of Directors created the Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) to research, develop, and improve existing and new communication methods for the community. To accomplish our goals, we are looking to modify current communication methods, if needed, as well as institute "state of the art" technological solutions in an effort to keep all residents informed. We have Launched a New Community Website, "Now What"? With the newly launched community website, we are now looking at ways we can improve the user experience and add new features. Some of new items currently in development are: • Online payment portal for Solera events. • Adding a new web page video showing all of the wonderful things that Solera has to offer! • Adding NEW resident electronic online content. If you have an idea or feature you would like to recommend, you can submit your ideas online to: dparedes@keystonepacific.com e new website has some easy ways you can navigate the website, also some features you may not be aware of yet. Below we have compiled some Tips and Tricks for your enjoyment! Tips and Tricks: HOME PAGE: On the home page, on right side of the screen, you can expand or collapse the headings by clicking on the arrows which will show additional content or close the content. NEIGHBOR TO NEIGHBOR: Did you know that you can automatically receive all new topics posted under Neighbor to Neighbor by clicking the "Subscribe" button at the top of the Neighbor to Neighbor page? CLASSIFIED ADS: When submitting a new ad, your ad posting will expire in 30 days, however if your items sell in less than 30 days, you can remove the ad two different ways. 1. Edit the ad expiration date reflecting the date it was sold or 2. You can send an email to dparedes@keystonepacific.com requesting the ad removal. RESIDENTIAL DIRECTORY: Would you like to add a picture to your residential directory profile? 1. Click on "Your Profile" on the top le of the Home Page. 2. Select "Add Profile Phot"o under Your Profile Settings. 3. Choose File & Save. Just a reminder, you can access the "Gate Sentry" portal through the web- site to log in visitors and vendors. You can also sign-up to receive E-Blast messages on the community website so you can stay up to date on current events and information on the happenings in Solera.
