Aging Palm Trees – Review: President requested Board permission for the Landscape Advisory Committee to look into creating a vision and plan to address aging palm trees in the community. Approved. Article 4 – Vehicle and Access Rules – Review: Vice President Ross requested Board authorization to direct the Rules and Regulations Committee to review and make amendments to current Rules and Regulations, Article 4 – Vehicle and Access rules. Approved. continued from previous page The following proposed new Rules and Regulations were approved by the Board of Directors at the March 21, 2024 General Board Meeting for 28-Day Member Comment: Proposed Amendments to Rules and Regulations Section 5.5: Exterior Lighting, Signs, Flags Posters, Banners, Holiday Decorations/Lighting Add/Insert the following individual sections within Section 5.5: 5.5.x - "Decorative" lights (defined as) string lights, strand lights, festival lights, party lights, café lights, or other comparable continuous light strands are not allowed to be installed/placed on the front of a residence facing the street. 5.5.x - Flashing and/or blinking lights of any kind are not allowed in any area of the residence/lot. 5.5.x -Both Holiday and Decorative lights must be turned off nightly by 10:00 P.M.
