FOR UPDATES ABOUT FOUR SEASONS, GO TO FOURSEASONSBEAUMONT.ORG 6 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2024 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT CLUBHOUSE SOLAR UPDATE All the facility initial plans were approved by SCE recently and will be under NEM 2.0. SCE received almost three years worth of submittals last year to meet the NEM2.0 deadline before April 2023. We are in the middle of plans and permits with the City of Beaumont from our solar vendor. We are still on track to install solar panels and carports this year. Once we have a firmer timeline of installation, we will update the community. GATE AFTER HOURS The community has three gates, with our main gate (Potrero) that is staffed with attendants from 6 am to 10 pm daily. If you have visitors coming in after hours, or you are accessing the Potrero gate without your vehicle transponder, there is a keypad at that gate. The keypad is covered during the day and uncovered when the attendants depart. The guest code will cause the keypad to call you at home to let your guest in after you answer and hit the number 9. Your personal entry code will automatically open the gate. If you don't have your code please call The Lodge or come to the Management Office. 2024 BOARD ELECTION The 2024 Board Election is ongoing but almost over. Please make sure to vote and sign your green envelope. For more information throughout the election, please go to www. fourseasonsbeaumont.org/election. DAILY REPORT If you're not receiving Four Seasons Beaumont daily emails/Activities Blasts, email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.org to be added to the list of recipients. Being on the list is especially important in order to receive warnings and updates related to emergencies in our area (ie., Nov., 2023 Lamb Fire evacuation warnings). Also please use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian and wear visible clothing when it is dark outside.
