From the completion of our Lodge remodel to important budget disclosures and community events, there's plenty to keep us engaged and informed. Lodge Remodel Completion: We're thrilled to announce that the extensive remodel of our Lodge has reached its conclusion. e transformation includes a comprehensive overhaul of key areas, such as the lobby and Deergrass Room. From removing outdated wallpaper to refreshing walls with a new coat of paint, every detail has been meticulously attended to. Moreover, we've replaced old flooring with stylish tile and carpet in the Lobby, Deergrass Room, hallways, and ballroom. e front desk boasts new counter tops, and the fireplace has been revitalized with the addition of stacked stone. ese enhancements not only modernize our spaces but also enhance their functionality and aesthetic appeal. 2024 – 2025 Annual Disclosure (Budget): Your Annual Disclosure is on its way to you. Inside the mailer, you'll find a comprehensive array of documents, including: • Budget Summary Report • Reserve Study • Assessment Billing and Collection Policy • IDR – ADR Disclosures • Architectural Submittal and Appeal Process • Compliance and Fines Policy • Insurance Policy • Charges for Documents Provided Statement • FHA – VA Disclosure Please ensure that you review these documents carefully and retain them for future reference. ey provide valuable insights into our community's financial planning and policies. Pool Heating Season: As the temperatures rise, our outdoor pools will be heated for your enjoyment starting May 1. is amenity will remain available until Sept. 30, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation and recreation. A friendly reminder: the lower pool is designated for children from 9 am to 5 pm. Additionally, all guests must be accompanied by a homeowner at all times while on common area property. We kindly request that guests are signed in, and each homeowner may host a maximum of four guests simultaneously. Resident Round Table: Formerly known as Coffee with the Board & GM, our informal gathering has been rebranded as Resident Round Table. is meeting serves as a platform for residents to receive updates on maintenance, projects, and community matters directly from the Board of Directors and the General Manager. Furthermore, residents are encouraged to bring forward any topics they wish to discuss, fostering open dialogue and collaboration within our community.
