Allow me to begin this month's article with a necessary
clarification. In my May article, concerning the courteous
reminder pertaining to guest regulations, an erroneous
statement was published. It was stated that "each
homeowner may host a maximum of four guests simultaneously." However,
this statement is inaccurate. As per the Rules and Regulations outlined on page
11, section 4.3 titled Guests: Guests may be sponsored by a Member, subject to
restrictions for health and safety. Guest use of facilities is limited to a maximum
of four guests per residence and guests must remain in the company of the host
Member at all times. I apologize for any inconvenience this miscommunication
may have caused.
We trust that you have received your Annual Disclosure by now. As a gentle
reminder, the fiscal year 2023 – 2024 will conclude on June 30, 2024, with the
commencement of the new fiscal year slated for July 1, 2024. If your assessments
are automatically deducted by Seabreeze Management Company, no further
action is required on your part. To avoid late fees, however, if your assessments
are deducted automatically by your bank, it is imperative that you promptly
inform your banking institution to adjust the automatic payment amounts
accordingly. For those who make payments via check or online, we kindly
request that you adjust the payment amounts accordingly. Your cooperation in
ensuring smooth transitions is greatly appreciated.
