Happy August everyone! We hope you have been enjoying this
summer.
We are excited to share our upcoming trips and general meeting.
Aug. 14 – FABBA - Join us for a FABULOUS afternoon/evening!
We'll start our evening with a Pre-Show Buffet at BJs in Escondido.
Then we're off to the Welk Resort where we'll enjoy seats in the two
front rows to FABBA! This show is America's most renowned and
authentic tribute to ABBA. Enjoy hit after hit of classic ABBA hits.
The cost is $145 per person. This trip is sold out; wait list only.
Oct. 28 – General Meeting and Presentation – We will have a
general meeting to elect the Travel Club Board of Directors and hear
a presentation by Dee Wardell and Joe Ashby on their recent trip to
Indonesia.
Looking ahead, please save these dates: Nov. 14 (trip TBD) and
Dec. 17 for another Club favorite - dinner and a night of touring the
Christmas Lights around San Diego County!
You will receive an email confirming your registration when we
have 25 people signed up for the trip. Detailed trip flyers are always
available in the Trip Rack located near the Clubhouse front desk.
Frequently, people on a trip need to cancel. So, many people on our
wait lists actually have had the opportunity to go on our trips.
To be placed on the wait list or to register for any of our trips, leave
a check made out to the OH Travel Club, in the Travel Club envelope at
the Clubhouse front desk. Add $5 to the price if you are not a member
of the Club. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
We certainly hope you will join us on one of our trips or at one of
our programs!
