Outgoing Board members include Lois Burton, as the Publicity chair, and Lorie Abeles, in her role as Treasurer. SCCA member Mark Cordell will be taking over the role of Treasurer and is learning the ropes from Lorie in this picture taken at our July 14 dance with the patriotic theme of Stars & Stripes! Our club classes for beginners to learn how to Square Dance begin again on Sept. 10. Partners are not required, and the first class will be free to new class members. We'll be serving free root beer floats for the first three weeks, and we only ask that donations be made to cover the cost of the caller/instructor for his teaching the important how-to's of square dancing.
