More maintenance items are being completed, as we have a
handyman vendor to help assist any items management is unable to
attend to. e vendor started with welding the Paseo gates shut back in
July. ey have finished other items such as the repair of the women's
shower seat in the locker room and the men's sink in the men's Paseo
restroom. Additionally, they had inspected the women's sink and made
a repair to a similar issue as well. ey do have a list of items to do,
which are to be completed over the course of their next few trips.

• Management continues to research prices for new dishwashers.
• Management continues to research prices of the mailbox lighting
and camera protection.
• Management continues to research vendors to provide fan
recommendations for the ballroom.
Aer our meetings being dark for July and August, we welcome you back to our September meeting on urs., Sept. 12 at 10 am at
the Lodge. anks to those who frequented our Fourth of July beer booth (and some margaritas as well). Some Fourth of July pretzels
added a special treat! During the last four months of this year, stay tuned for upcoming events; perhaps a Sizzler outing, our Veterans
Day Luncheon on Nov. 11, food drive in November and toy drive in December. Wow! Where has the year gone?
