Once again, welcome to my fantastic article for the month of
October. It was a busy month towards the end! Walkers on the golf
course, concert on the green, and the lanai dedication ceremony all
in one day! I'm glad to report the busy Saturday was fun for all and
that every resident enjoyed their time in our wonderful community
and Clubhouse.
This message may be delayed but, I can't stress enough to check
the weather report. There'll be some last-minute heat waves to send
us into fall! Whether it's on the TV, newspaper, or on your handy
dandy cell phone; it's helpful to see if it is safe to walk your dog or cat
during the times you want to go out.
Please make sure your animal is leashed when out in the
community. If you like to have them roam behind your gates, please
make sure it is secured! We don't want them to escape and get lost
or injured.
We've also had lots of parking citations during the month of
August, please make sure to adhere to the rules. Regarding overnight
parking, please make sure you and your guest have the appropriate
pass displayed. If you need a driveway exemption or a length of time,
please go to the HOA office to write a parking pass request.
Thank you, OHCC residents, for your vital role in our community.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the rules. We
are committed to serving you and the community; your feedback
is invaluable. If you have any concerns or suggestions that you

• New Association website, with a more modern feel, layout and
better imagery to capture the OHCC brand.
• Implementation of new security cameras and access controls at
HOA office, Clubhouse and Maintenance building.
• Negotiate new bulk internet agreement for the association for
consideration.
As you can see we have been quite busy and this is only one aspect
of our daily dedication and goals to accomplish. It is my pleasure to
