SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | NOVEMBER 2024 5
Community Updates By Tyler Barber, Assistant General Manager
Thank you all for your good wishes as I settle myself into my
new role as Assistant General Manager. I aim to impress you all and
exceed expectations.
To keep with my past role, we continue to move forward with the
mailbox security project. I currently am anticipating that the project
will be fully complete by the end of the year.
Violations: Opened: 1* ; Closed: 15
*I would like to note that I did not pursue landscaping violations
due to the wave of extreme heat.
As for the new items on my plate, I would like to promote the
December events. Starting the month with a fun Comedy Night, join
the crowd as we laugh the night away! Following Comedy Night is
Mingle Jingle, which is sure to be a festive night providing carolers,
hot chocolate, and some fine mulled wine. And, of course, to finish
the year, New Year's Eve. This New Year's Eve we will be joining New
York City as they celebrate the New Year. The One-2-Many band to
provide entertainment and Michael Alexson to provide delicious
catering. To end the fulfilling night, everyone will be getting a glass
of champagne to enjoy.

The Welcome Committee hosted a New Resident Meet and Greet
on Oct. 5 in the Stonecreek Room. Attendees were treated to donuts
and coffee, as Irma demonstrated how to navigate the SDV website
and showed the new residents how to access the various information
available to them. Representatives from all of the Committees spoke
about their committee and answered questions from the audience.
Board members were also present to welcome the 14 new residents.
