In December, we will have
our awards banquet, where
we dress up, have dinner and
drinks and honor our top
golfers of the year. They are:
Club Championship (May
29, a stroke play game)
Low gross: score 238, Mike Basel
Low net white tees: score 215, Rich Brown
Low net red tees: score: 220, Jim Gillespie (won the
tiebreaker with Mel Rich)
President's Cup (Oct. 2, a match play game)
Champion 1st place: Jee Hauck
2nd place: Bruce Dalfonso
Our membership drive for 2025 started Nov. 1 and new
members will receive two free months of CMGC and SCGA
membership.
The men's club is looking for Colony resident golfers of
all abilities to join us. Membership benefits are weekly fun
events mixed with individual events to improve your game
and handicap. We have monthly luncheons, two major
championships a year, a year-end Awards Banquet, and we
sponsor the charity Pancake Breakfasts twice a year.

Our next set closing out the season for 2024 will
be Thursday, Dec.19. Requirements for this event are to be able to grasp
a club! Being a member of the Men's or Women's Golf Club or having an
established handicap is not required. Just pick up some sticks and join us
