10 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | DECEMBER 2024 | Name: ____________________________________________________________________________________ Address:___________________________________________________________________________________ Phone: ____________________________________________________________________________________ FREE SUNDAY BRUNCH FOR TWO AT THE BISTRO Not valid on holidays or special events. Limit ONE ENTRY per residence per month Happy Holidays everyone, I'm hoping to get some decorations up the first week of December which usually gets me in the mood for the holidays, but it seems each year I do less & less; it must be that older age thing. I really enjoy putting the decorations up but dislike taking them down and packing them away. To those of you that go all out, please know we appreciate your efforts. It's so exciting to see all the lovely homes lighted up and spreading good cheer. Francisco will be doing his cooking magic for those groups that have booked their holiday parties and close out the year with those of you enjoying New Year's Eve Spectacular pirate themed celebration. The Bistro is closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, that's when you get to play with your new toys and wear your new warm sweaters. Although the Bistro is closed on Jan. 1st, Francisco and family get to celebrate the new year's day cleaning up the kitchen from the party the night before. We get to watch the Rose Bowl Parade and football games and continue to stuff our faces with more food. A resident sent me a note and photo of Monica Sandoval our Bistro waitress in costume for Halloween, I didn't include the picture as you wouldn't recognize her while wearing the mask. Our resident lauded Monica for her Halloween decorating of the Bistro and her hard work that night at the Halloween event. Thank you for your acknowledgment and appreciation Joan. The lucky winners of the "Free Sunday Brunch for Two" from Francisco are Dana and Don Lederer. Mary Swinney was responsible for digging deep in our bag of names to pull out that winning coupon. It's also a great time to ref lect back on the past 366 days (leap year) and see what we accomplished and what still needs more work done. May we take time to think about all the noteworthy memories from 2024 and have exciting expectations for 2025! May we all experience a joyful and blessed closing of the year so that we may settle into January's pleasant routines and all the new experiences that will come. God's Blessings to all! That's me, Patt double "T" Bistro Committee Dana and Don Lederer
