It's hard to imagine the community without your presence, warmth, and guidance, but as you step into retirement, we are deeply grateful for the countless contributions you've made in shaping the community into what it is today. roughout your time here, you've shown a profound dedication to improving the quality of life for all the residents, working tirelessly to make this community a place they're all proud to call home. One of your greatest strengths has been your approachability and commitment to listening to residents. From mediating neighborhood concerns to managing important community projects, you've always been ready to lend an ear and act in the association's best interest. Over these many years we have become great friends. He has tolerated my antics as I performed before the Board of Directors. He shared photos of his furry friends, and I delighted in the puppy who became a 100 pound plus adult. I felt his loss as he weathered the storm of losing his home in the Fairview re a few years ago. Now that the aging process has dimmed my vision, stolen my youthful curves, I see Rick has never changed. He still allows me to invade his oce from time to time. God has been good to both of us. His loving, caring heart shines through his laughter and good nature.
