DID YOU KNOW There are no pre-approved or preferred contractors in Four Seasons. Homeowners are free to choose which contractors they feel will do the best work for a price they are willing to pay. There is no schedule when a homeowner must paint the outside of their house. (As long as the house is clean and in good repair — no chips, peeling paint, missing stucco, or trim with severe fading.) It is the owner's decision as to when to paint.
