By Virginia Incorvia Have you seen the signs or heard from friends that they have had a Meet Your Street get-together? Let us assist you. Text Virginia Incorvia at 619-992-8979 for a packet of goods and ideas to get you started. Meet Your Street is a Colony Sunshine Program that allows neighbors to meet neighbors. Codey's the "new guy" — tall, curly haired, quiet and stronger than any three of us. A hard worker, but always willing to help when you need it. He's a board game enthusiast with over 75 games in his possession and I'm sure he's coaching his daughter to play every one of them. Say hello to this almost California native. "My name is Codey Crevoisier and I began working in maintenance at The Colony on Memorial Day, 2024. As a General Maintenance staff member, it is my job to help set up different events, make repairs, and maintain the Clubhouse. When I am not at work, I spend most of my time at home with my family. "The very first job I had was with the California Conservation Corps working to maintain and restore state parks. I was assigned to serve in the beautiful Redwood Forest, where I met my wife! We have a seven-year-old daughter, who loves art and reading, that I work hard to support while my wife goes to school to become a Special Education teacher. "My time with The Colony has been one of my favorite work experiences. I love the hard work and getting to know all of the residents. I look forward to the time I will get to spend being a part of your community!" ~ Submitted by Joanne Deacon Introducing Codey Crevoisier Eective May 1, 2025, the Association will no longer automatically provide assessment coupon booklets to homeowners when it sends owners the new scal year budget.
