4 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JANUARY 2025 | As we start a new year, Management once again thanks all the volunteers that give their time to assist with making Sun Lakes the great place it is. We hope all of you enjoyed the fabulous volunteer appreciation luncheon that we held in December. Now we all know that no one can be everywhere at once. With that said, Management would like to ask that you please use the tools available to you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. The easiest way to do this is by using the Message to Management tool. Residents have two ways to utilize this feature. The first is the quickest and most efficient. This is done by using the Message to Management button on the Sun Lakes Country Club website (www.sunlakescc.com). Right on the homepage you will see an icon that says Message to Management. Click on that and it will allow you to write an email to the Executive General Manager and Assistant General Manager. This will allow for a response within two working days. However, there is one hiccup that rarely occurs but is worth mentioning and it has to do with firewalls and certain email domains. The combination of both FirstService Residential and Sun Lakes firewalls at times rejects certain email domains. If you do not receive a response within two working days after sending the message, please contact the Administration office at (951) 769-6649. If you prefer the written method, you are in luck. The second way to submit a Message to Management is done by filling out a card at the Main Clubhouse reception desk. There are cards, pens, and a box to place your message in. All the messages in this box are collected at the end of the week by the Executive General Manager. A written response via postcard acknowledging the member and potential solution will be sent. As always, if you do not want to use these methods, you are always more than welcome to call the office directly or by coming in to see the person you would like to speak to. Please keep in mind that the person you want to see might not always be available. Appointments are always suggested. In closing, Management wishes the entire Sun Lakes community a very happy and healthy new year.
