General Manager's Message

Coee with the Board: Don't miss out on your chance to meet
with some of the Board members in an informal sit down and
chat! On March 5 at 10:30 am, some members of the Board will
be in the Multipurpose Room (also known as the card/game
room) to meet with the community in an eort to be available
to speak with residents who have questions they may not want to
discuss in an Open Forum at a meeting. Come join us and let the
Board know what a good job they are doing, and how awesome it
is living in this great community!
e Annual Meeting is approaching! e "Annual
Membership" meeting is Wed., April 23. is year, there are
three positions up for re-election for two-year terms. Please
come to e Lodge with any questions that you may have of the
process or what you can do as a member of our community. e
Annual Meeting is a very important time for the community and
we encourage everyone to come out and be involved!
Board Meeting Date: Executive Session Meeting is scheduled
on March 24 and 26. e Open Session Meeting is scheduled
for March 26 at 1 pm. If you are available and would like to see
how business is conducted, please come to the Open Session. e
agendas for the meetings are posted on the Bulletin Board near
e Lodge entrance and also sent out via e-blast.

service request or concern, you can submit it online or stop by
e Lodge and speak to one of the sta members. ey will assist
you in lling out a Resident Communication Form. We're here
