The Association appointed HOA Elections of California ("HOA
Elections") as the Inspector of Elections for the Annual Meeting. HOA
Elections meets all the legal qualifications and requirements for an
independent third-party inspector of elections as set forward in Civil
Code Section 5110.
The objective of HOA Elections of California was to conduct the
election process professionally and efficiently. In accordance with
Civil Code Section 5110, et seq. and Corporations Code Section 7614,
the following determinations and actions were taken:
1. The Annual Meeting was called to order at approximately 10 am
on Feb. 12, 2025.
2. The number of members entitled to vote on the matters reported
below was 4764.
3. A quorum of 2 percent of the members entitled to vote was
achieved. 747 ballots were received by the deadline prior to the
Meeting.
4. Registered, received, determined the authenticity, validity, and
effect of each Secret Ballot.
5. Heard and determined all challenges and questions arising out of
or in connection with the right to vote.
6. Tabulated the votes received and certified the results of the
election to be as follows:
Election of Directors:
David Rahm: 500
Nancy Thompson: 423
Mary Jane Williams: 503
This year there was a vote on the election of three positions for the
Board of Directors.
David Rahm, Nancy Thompson, and Mary Jane Williams will each
serve for a two-year term. The listed candidates were properly placed
and accepted nomination.
