| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | APRIL 2025 | 3 General Manager's Message By Jon Payne, CMCA e Annual Membership Meeting is Wed., April 23 at 1 pm. As you may have noticed, you and your neighbors have not received ballots this year. This is due to our election being an Election by Acclamation. So, fret not! You did not receive ballots as they are not needed this year. This year's Annual Meeting will be held to elect two Directors, Daniel Ramos and Clifford Post. This year's election is an Election by Acclamation because there are only two qualified candidates for three open seats. The Inspector of Election will make an announcement for the election and conduct any other association related business as needed. Board Meeting Dates: Executive Session Meeting is April 21 and 23. The Open Session Meeting is scheduled for April 23 at 1 pm. The April 23 meeting is our Association's Annual Meeting. Please come by and be a part of this important meeting of the membership. The agendas for the meetings are posted on the Bulletin Board near The Lodge entrance and also sent out via eblast. Architectural Process: Maria Donti is here to help with any of your Architectural Application needs. If you are looking to do improvements to your home this spring, consult the Architectural Guidelines and/or speak to office staff and we would be happy to assist you. Thank you all for your diligence in following the rules and your dedication to keeping our community looking great. Questions? Remember if you have an association-related question, call The Lodge at (951) 325-8188. If you have a service request or concern, you can submit it online or stop by The Lodge and speak to one of the staff members. They will assist you in filling out a Resident Communication Form. We're here to help you. Welcome to spring! As a proud rescue dog owner, I'm excited to inform you about the District 5 Furry Pets Foster Care Program.
