ADVERTISING Contact Image Up at (909) 797-3647 or email imageup1@verizon.net As May arrives, two significant events take center stage: the preparation for the Annual Disclosure Mailer and the onset of the warm pool season. These milestones not only symbolize the transition into summer but also represent important moments that require attention and preparation. The Annual Disclosure Mailer is a key responsibility for many organizations, especially in homeowner associations (HOAs). This essential communication provides recipients with vital information about their rights, obligations, and any important changes coming their way. The importance of this mailer cannot be overstated. It typically includes financial updates, such as changes to budgets, assessments, or fees. The timing of the mailer is essential, as it must be sent out well in advance to give recipients enough time to review and act on the information. While the Annual Disclosure Mailer is a vital task to tackle in May, the arrival of the warm pool season is a bit more exciting! As temperatures rise, the appeal of pools becomes undeniable. The start of pool season signals a time for relaxation, recreation, and socializing. For many, it's a welcome break from the cold months, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and unwind by the water. The warm pool season is more than just a chance to cool off; it's an opportunity for health and wellness. Swimming offers a low-impact way to exercise, benefiting cardiovascular health and building strength and f lexibility. With the warmer weather, more people are motivated to get active in the water, making it an ideal time to embrace fitness in a fun and enjoyable way. Additionally, pools often serve as social hubs, bringing together friends, family, and neighbors fostering a sense of community and connection. Before enjoying the pool, it's important to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations. The complete Rules and Regulations for the pools and spas are available on our website or at the front desk. Please refer to Sections 7.4 (Swimming Pools/Spas/General) and 7.5 (Spas) on Pages 17-20 for detailed information. In particular, please pay close attention to the following key rules: 7.4.1 General: • Residents are required to sign in and register for themselves and their guest(s) when entering the pool and spa facility. • The use of the community pools and spas is strictly limited to Solera Diamond Valley residents and their invited guests, who must be accompanied by their resident host. No other visitors are permitted to use the pool and spa facilities. 7.4.4 Outdoor Pools/Spa: • Children aged 17 or under may only use the lower outdoor pool between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, or as designated by the Board of Directors. • The outdoor pools are heated to eighty-five degrees Fahrenheit (85°F) from May 1 to Sept. 30. • Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the outdoor spa. Children between the ages of 12 and 17 may use the outdoor spa but must be accompanied by an adult during the posted children's hours. Please ensure that you and your guests adhere to these guidelines to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents. May provides the perfect opportunity to prepare for a season of renewal, connection, and enjoyment. As the weather warms up and the pool beckons, it's time to embrace the changes that May brings and dive into a season of clarity, relaxation, and community. GM Report By Irma Rabago, General Manager
