The "Unique" Aspiration By Tyler Barber, Assistant General Manager My greatest aspiration for lifestyles is to be unique; to have something that is familiar feel pleasantly unusual. I have found an easy way of doing so is to change the room set-up. If you recall, I used a more unique approach at the Mardi Gras event, with the stage being set-up in the back, and Spring Brunch event, with the table set-up narrowing to a point. I also am recognizing the pattern of groups, in which I am attempting to accommodate with tables of eight seats and tables of six seats. (Please do keep in mind that there are newcomers that may not know many others, and I urge you to include them in the Community.) I am looking forward to more unique ideas. I am a unique person, with a unique mindset and a unique set of skills. I can guarantee that you are too! So, I wonder: what is your greatest aspiration? Attendees were treated to donuts and coffee as Irma demonstrated how to navigate the SDV website, showing the new residents how to access the various information available to them. Representatives from all six committees spoke about their committee and answered questions from the audience. Board members and several other residents were also present to welcome the eight new residents who attended the event. 4 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | MAY 2025 Resident Round Table L-R: Mike and Janet Alexson, Patty Saly and John Brown, Esmin and Pedro Hendricks, Susan and Ron Naus New Resident Meet & Greet By Georgeann Wellfare, Resident The SDV Veterans & Friends Club is once again hosting its annual Memorial Day Fundraiser and Silent Auction to help build our funds.
