Hope you all had a Happy Mother's Day. We just finished a class with Nancy Hudson who taught paper piecing. Great class. We're starting a Row by Row next month and expect to have a wall hanging in a few months. If you'd like to join us, we meet on first, third, and fifth Mondays of the month from 1 to 5 pm in the Arts & Crafts Room. We do show and share. If you've ever wondered exactly what it is that we do, we are a group who love to craft. We began as scrapbookers, then evolved into more than just making albums. That's when we changed our name to Paper Crafting. In the past, we have taken on many projects, using various means of creativity. Some have proven easier than others, but we are always up for a new adventure to tackle. If you enjoy working with your hands, creating something new and cute for whatever reason, perhaps you might consider joining our group. We recently welcomed a new fellow crafter to our group and hope to see her again soon. Welcome Kris Wallace! Maybe she'll teach us all how to knit beautiful things. We get together every Monday in the Multi-purpose Room from 1 to 3 pm. The only exception is on the second Monday, when we meet from 11 am to 1 pm. In June, we will be meeting five times. Our schedule will be as follows: June 2, 16, 23, and 30 from 1 to 3 pm, with the June 9 meeting taking place from 11 am to 1 pm. The second Thursday of the month is our birthday luncheon, which will be on June 12 at 11:30 am in our Restaurant.
