16| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | OCTOBER 2025 | Wow! Another month has flown by, and here we are welcoming October, the heart of autumn itself. As the holiday season quickly approaches, it's wonderful to see everyone getting into the festive spirit. With that in mind, we'd like to remind you that Clubhouse space is limited and must be reserved through the Recreation Department. Please note: An empty room does not necessarily mean it's available. We are experiencing a significant increase in parties and gatherings in our Clubhouse spaces, which means availability is no longer as open as it used to be. If you see a room that appears empty and would like to use it, please call (951) 845-2191. We'll be happy to review the day's schedule and let you know what options are available for your gathering. Due to the rise in events, there may be times when staff need to access a room prior to your scheduled setup time in order to prepare for multiple events happening simultaneously in different Clubhouses. Our team in the Recreation Department is always here to help make your events a success. With that being said, we've been busy preparing a fun-filled lineup of events for the upcoming months, there's truly something for everyone. Halloween Outdoor Home Decorating Contest: Show off your spooky creativity. Garage Sale Weekends & Community Shredding Day: Clear out, clean up, and connect with neighbors. Annual Halloween Dog Parade: A crowd favorite! Dress up your pup and join the fun. Fall Craft Fair: We can't wait to see the amazing creations from our talented community. Annual Veterans Walk: Honor our veterans and prepare for the walk — find a friend and take daily walks. Message From The Recreation Department Manager Fall Garage Sales!
