FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2025 59 Quilting Enthusiasts October is now here, along with the Four Seasons celebration of its 20th Anniversary on Oct. 4. The ladies have been very busy working on various projects. The first project is a beautiful 20th Anniversary Celebration quilt that will be presented to Four Seasons by the Quilting Enthusiast to mark the special occasion, with a photo in the November issue of the Breeze. The next quilt is a Patriotic Quilt created for the Cars n Coffee Veteran's Day Car Show and Raff le. Lastly, the second quilt features beautiful stars in two different sizes, each made by different members; this will be our 2026 Raff le Quilt for the 2026 Quilt Show. More details on how to purchase tickets for this 2026 Raff le quilt will be shared soon. The background color of the Raff le quilt is a lovely pale blue. Photographs can make the colors look different. The last quilt, which is in the photo along with two others, was commissioned and created by Jeri Sorensen for Mary's daughter and two granddaughters, in memory of their husband/ father who passed away from Glioblastoma brain cancer at age 54. The shirts are T-shirts and work shirts he wore. His memory comforts each of the granddaughters and my daughter nightly. If you need a "memory" quilt made, contact us, and we will connect you with a wonderful woman who will carefully and lovingly turn that memory into a beautiful quilt. As always, everyone is welcome to our meetings and workshops. For more information, contact Mary Moody-Cox at marymoodycox@ gmail.com or 4seasonsquilters@gmail.com.
