Your Facilities Committee has been busy addressing issues
needing improvements. Below is a list of the committee
recommendations, and the Board approved projects.
1. Repair of damaged fence at Bogey
2. Installation of new TV in theater
3. Re-felting of three pool tables, new cue sticks and new pool
balls
4. Repair of tennis and pickleball courts
5. Repair and/or resurfacing of asphalt in designated areas,
beginning 2026, aer winter ends
6. Replacing 20-year-old carpeting in the Ballroom
Maintaining and keeping your neighborhood in pristine
condition is of key importance to your Facilities Committee. We
all take pride in where we live, and Four Seasons is a great place
for that to occur. ank you for trusting this committee to work
toward that end.
We welcome our community to use their "eyes" to assist in this
process. You all are encouraged to submit items, at the front desk
of e Lodge that you deem needing our attention. We will review
and forward all approved issues to your Board.
e Facilities Committee welcomes a new member to our team.
I would like to welcome the newest member to facilities, Mr. John
Swanson. Mr. Swanson brings years of civic work, experience, and
talent. He is a valued addition.
ere will always be projects that need our attention. Monthly
inspections are done in teams of two, to keep Four Seasons in
pristine condition. is year is almost in the books. Time sure
goes by fast. Soon you will be seeing holiday decorations going up
all around. It is a great time to celebrate the reason for the season.
