It's October and we all know what that means… cooler temps,
warmer thoughts of cookie baking and getting in the mood for
all those fun and festive holiday parties. Best way to kick o the
season? Come join us in the Ballroom this Fri., Oct 3 for TGIF
and jump start the colorful changes of fall. Groove to the Monster
Mash, Witchcra, Ghostbusters, and other seasonal favorites,
sung by our very own talented group of Four Seasons residents.
Best decorated table in a fall theme (or Spooky Halloween Fun)
wins prizes for the whole table. September's theme of "What's
in a Picnic Basket" was complete with wicker baskets, red and
white checkered tablecloths, and of course, ANTS! Yes, one table
actually staged ants crawling across their table in search of the
peanut butter sandwich alongside the picnic basket!
Fun begins when the doors open at 5 pm for rae ticket
purchases, and table set-ups. Bring a pot luck dish, salad, appetizer
or dessert to share for the buet tables. You are always welcome
to bring your own dinner if you don't wish to participate in the
shared menu items. Either way, do plan to BYOB, plates, napkins
and utensils. Following dinner and the rae drawing, singing,
dancing and toe tapping continue to be the main attractions under
the expert talent of Russ Brown.
