Bingo Advisory It was the Marketing Advisory Committee's pleasure to recognize Facility Monitor Craig Pieksma (above) as Employee of the Month for August. Craig began his journey with Sun Lakes in 2004 as part of the Recreation Department. What a milestone! Over the past 21 years he has become an integral part of our community. Craig is known for his reliability, dedication, and welcoming presence. As our longest serving Facility Monitor, Craig has witnessed countless changes and milestones, always showing up with a commitment to excellence and a genuine care for both residents and staff. His calm demeanor and strong work ethic shine through in everything he does, whether it's assisting a resident with a concern, keeping our facilities running smoothly, or mentoring newer team members. There were so many wonderful comments regarding Craig and his dedication, positive attitude, and always going the extra mile. We are incredibly grateful for his years of service and the positive impact he continues to make every single day. The Marketing Committee is proud to congratulate Craig for being the August employee of the month for his outstanding job performance. Craig is truly deserving of Employee of the Month and the Visa gift card. Residents can nominate monitors, maintenance staff, Pro Shop staff, or Food and Beverage staff for Employee of the Month. Forms are available in the Main Clubhouse, the Lounge, Restaurant, Sandwedge, and Pro Shop. Our committee wishes everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. ~ Michele Walter, Marketing Committee Chairperson, (951) 202-8009 Marketing Advisory REAL ESTATE STATS SEPT. 1 TO 24: Active or coming soon: 73 • 7 Condos: $299,000 to $329,000 • 66 Homes: $320,000 to $549,000 In Escrow: 20 • 3 Condos: $315,000 to $375,000 • 17 Homes: $289,800 to $554,000 Closed escrow: 8 • 6 Homes: $275,000 to $455,000 • 2 Condos: $$300,000 to $345,000 Our Fall Craft Fair is just around the corner!
