Hi, I hope you had a Happy Halloween. Our Row x Row returned to the person who started their row, so I will put them together and send pictures next month. It's so fun to see the creativity they come up with. We're a great, fun group. We had a class making steering wheel covers. They turned out really neat and will help keep the wheel from getting too hot in the summer. We meet on the first, third, and fifth Mondays of each month from 1 to 5 pm. For info, call Jan Hamm at (951) 212-6799 or Vivian Myrdahl at (626) 221-0872. Last month, we were sorry to say goodbye to our friend Ann Bedel. She and her husband are relocating to Nebraska. We had a little farewell get together during our meeting in September. We wish her much happiness in her new home. On that same day, we had the pleasure of meeting and adding Connie Perrine, a new member to our crafty group. We would like to welcome. She was even kind enough to snap a photo of us, waving goodbye to Ann. Our monthly project day involved many various Halloween-themed decorations. We had a lot of fun painting, gluing, and embellishing our creations. What will be next? The holidays are pretty much upon us, so we need to get busy! Our birthday luncheon this month will be on Thurs., Nov. 13 in the Restaurant at 11:30 am. Two short weeks later it will be Thanksgiving! We wish you all a very happy day, and please remember to give thanks for all your many blessings. We are looking forward to our annual holiday dinner party, which will be held on Wed., Dec. 3 at 5 pm in the Restaurant. Our theme is "An Old-Fashioned Christmas." Photos of our party will be published in the coming months. There will be a lot going on until the end of the year, so be sure to check your Lifestyles Magazine, so you don't miss any activities! We meet on Mondays from 1 to 3 pm in the Multipurpose Room. On the second Monday only, we meet from 11 am to 1 pm. In November, we will meet on Nov. 3, 10, 17, and 24.
