You have to make the Choice to take a Chance if you are going
to make Changes in your lifestyle. Why is making a Choice to lose
weight taking a Chance? There is always the Chance that you may
not have time to plan your menu, or cook, or exercise. There's a
Chance maybe that someone in your household doesn't want to eat
healthy. Is being a healthier, happier, better person worth it? You
Bet It Is!
So go ahead — Make the Choice, take the Chance, and enjoy the
Change.
In TOPS, people just like you, face similar challenges, support
one another, and share information a caring, open, and accepting
environment. TOPS meetings and our online website provide the
support you'll need to meet and sustain your weight-loss goals. Be
inspired by others who have already reached their goals. In our
chapter, we have many wonderful success stories. You can check

TOPS meets on Thursday at the South Clubhouse with weigh-ins
from 9 to 9:50 am and meeting from 10 to 11 am. You may visit once
free of charge. With your membership, you will receive six TOPS
magazines a year, medical library, and access to our members-only
website. Come and join us!

Our KOPS Honor Society Lunch/Meeting will be held on Nov. 15 at
