48 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | NOVEMBER 2025
Our Oct. 4 Cars & Coffee, unfortunately, coincided with the Four Seasons 20th Anniversary
parade. The Cars & Coffee Club entered two vehicles in the parade: I was in my 1977 orange
Corvette and Dale Supernaw in his decorated golf cart. We received plenty of thumbs-up and
comments about looking good. It was a really nice event; Cindy Graves and her staff did a
wonderful job organizing the parade.
We still had a number of fantastic cars and their owners show up. The highlight was definitely
Mike Flowers with his stunning 1968 Acapulco blue Ford Mustang Shelby GT350, equipped with
a ground-pounding 460-horsepower engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Rick Van also came with his 1965 Chevrolet two-door metallic blue Nova, running a built 283
small block. Rick has owned his Nova for 41 years.
Just a reminder — the Veterans Day Car Show is coming up on Nov. 8. The last day for pre-
registration is Oct. 30. Registration forms can be picked up at The Lodge — they are located
on the rack where upcoming events are kept, not at the front desk. However, you can drop off
completed forms with payment at The Lodge front desk.
Please join us for our next
meeting on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 9
am in The Lodge parking lot. For
