WINTER HOURS Nov. 1 starts Winter Hours for the facilities. The Lodge will remain open from 7 am to 9 pm. The Courts hours change to 8 am to 8 pm. The Summit will change to 7 am to 7 pm. ANNIVERSARY PARADE Thank you everyone who participated and came out to watch the 20th Anniversary Parade! What a great way to celebrate the fantastic community that Four Seasons Beaumont truly is. From the fire trucks and Beaumont Police Department and wonderfully decorated cars, to the band and In-N-Out truck at The Lodge, it was a fantastic day. Thank you! Speaking of anniversaries, October also marked Cindy Graves' 18th year as your fabulous Activities Director. I can't praise her enough for her love of the community. SEPTEMBER DOLLARS AND CENTS At the September Board meeting, the following projects and bids were approved. Please note in parentheses is the Committee that generated the proposal and then stating either an Operational expense which comes from this year's dues, or a Reserve expense: • Various Tree Removals - $2,275 (Landscape/Operational) • Ballroom Window Tinting - $2,100 (Facilities/Operational) • Mini PCs - $700 (Mgmt/Operational) DAILY REPORT If you're not receiving Four Seasons Beaumont daily emails/Activities Blasts, email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont. org to have your email added to the list of recipients. Having your email on the list is especially important in order to receive warnings and updates related to emergencies in our area (example: July 2025 Wolf Fire). REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only "save" you a few seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Slow down and drive responsibly. Also, use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian and wear white or reflective clothing when it's dark outside. Make sure to fob-in each and every time you enter a facility. One, it's the rule, and two, team members rotate through the different facilities and the person that is at the desk when you return might not be the one who was there originally.
