November has arrived, which means the Annual
Election for Solera Diamond Valley is just around the
corner! I look forward to seeing you all on Thursday,
Nov. 13 at the Mountain View Lodge Ballroom. Polls
open at 10:45 am and close at 11 am. The Annual
Meeting begins at 11 am.
On another note, Property Services Manager, Jocelyne Quiroz, will now be
providing maintenance updates moving forward. I would like to take this
opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation to everyone for your patience as we
continue to work through the maintenance list process.
The Board of Directors and Management Team have been diligently researching,
discussing, and evaluating each item to ensure that all decisions made are in the
best interest of the community.
