Holiday Message to Our Four Seasons Community As we express our delight and joy over the beautiful decorations in the Lodge, we are reminded of how fortunate we are to be part of such a wonderful community here at Four Seasons. This is truly a time to celebrate — as the familiar songs invite us to be home for the holidays, let it snow, and jingle the bells, our hearts are filled with the warmth of the season. The holidays bring with them a spirit of connectedness, generosity, and joy. As we remember the seasons past and embrace the present one, may our hearts be filled with gratitude for the friendships and kindness that make our community so special. Let us take this time to show understanding, to cherish the brotherhood of our friends and neighbors, and to open our hearts to forgiveness. As we look forward to the New Year, may we carry with us a renewed sense of hope and enthusiasm — celebrating new beginnings, new opportunities, and the continued joy of being together in our Four Seasons community. May the spirit of this season fill every home in Four Seasons with peace, laughter, and love. Happy Holidays and a Joyous New Year! Message from the Board of Directors 2 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | DECEMBER 2025 | Sincerely, and on behalf of your Board of Directors, Rick Adkins, Paul Barr, Fred Kydd, Cliff Post, Mary Reyna, and Dan Ramos, Barbra Balser, President December 2025 marks the end of my third year serving as your County Supervisor, and I am grateful for the continued trust you have placed in me. I would like to share a few of the initiatives we advanced this past year. One of the highlights has been our Tech on Wheels program, which my office launched to support seniors in developing digital skills, learning about online safety, and accessing local resources and services. The impact has been tremendous: we have hosted 260 events and provided one-on-one assistance to more than 1,600 seniors throughout the district. We also recognize the uncertainty many residents are facing regarding SNAP benefits and food security. In response, my office has partnered with Bienestar Wellbeing to provide free produce distributions at multiple locations across District 5. Over the next year, we will host 36 drive-thru distribution events in Nuevo, San Jacinto, Cabazon, and Banning, supplying approximately 792,000 pounds of fresh food to our community. As we look ahead, I remain committed to supporting the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for all who call District 5 home. I wish you and your families a joyful and blessed holiday season.
