The Open Session Meeting is scheduled for Dec. 10, at 1 pm. Assessment Payments Update: Starting Oct. 1, we changed the remittance address for your assessment (homeowner dues) payment. If you use ClickPay to pay for your assessment, the transition will happen automatically. If you use your own personal online bank, app, or mail in a check, you will have to change the remittance address for the payment to: K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Hemet C/O FirstService Residential California PO Box 30354 • Tampa, FL 33630-3354 We have had multiple people reach out to us that have updated their payments and still have and payments returned to them. Please be advised that if you have a payment returned, please let the office know so that we can assure all your information is correct and also make sure that no late fees are assessed due to your account. Budget Update: The budget has been approved, so please keep in mind that your Master Dues have been updated from $184 to $214 starting Jan. 1, 2026. The Legends cost center of $48 was not increased, so Legends owners would be paying a total of $262 starting Jan. 1, 2026. Final Notes for December: I have had the privilege of serving this community officially a year this month. I am so very thankful and excited for the next year and thank everyone for their patience and support during this year.
