On the day of prayer, all the people gathered, but only one boy came with an umbrella. That is faith. 2. When you throw babies in the air, they laugh because they know you will catch them. That is trust. 3. Every night we go to bed without any assurance of being alive the next morning, but still we set alarms to wake up. That is hope. 4. We plan big things for tomorrow despite zero knowledge of the future. That is confidence. 5. We see the world suffering, but still, we get married and have children. That is love. 6. On an old man's shirt was a written sentence, "I am 80 years old; I am sweet 16 with 64 years of experience. That is attitude. Have a happy day and live your life like these six stories. Remember – good friends and families are the rare jewels of life, difficult to find and impossible to replace!" One day Jesus may hug you so tight that all of your broken pieces will fit back together. At this time of year, we give thanks for the blessings of friendship and community. May we continue to share in each other's cultures and find delight in our common humanity. We pray for kindness to come with every greeting and for peace to dwell among us all. Happy Holidays to all! As the holiday season arrives, our hearts are full of gratitude, for the rhythm, the movement, and most of all, for the people who make our dance family so special. This time of year, invites us to pause, reflect, and celebrate the joy that comes from sharing our art with one another and with our community. Every rehearsal, every performance, and all the laughter reminds us that dance is more than steps and music, it's connection. It's the friendships formed, the encouragement offered, and the inspiration sparked when we dance together. We're thankful for our dancers who bring passion and creativity to the floor, our instructor Yvonne Romano, who guides us with patience and heart, and our families and supporters who cheer us on from the audience. Each one of you keeps our spirit in motion. As we close out the year, we look forward to new challenges and opportunities to express gratitude through dance.
