6 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MARCH 2026 | As we begin another beautiful spring season, it's a great time to once again take a moment and truly appreciate the beautiful community in which we live. From The Lodge, pool, spa building and recreation facilities to the nice well-maintained neighborhoods and landscaping, we truly have a lot to be thankful for and proud of. March first marks the reopening of our community pool for all to enjoy until winter. It should be noted that the pool received a complete acid wash during the winter closure period as well as needed repairs to the solar heating system. Additionally, the bocce ball courts have been properly recompacted, groomed and ready for a new season of fun and friendly competition! So come out and enjoy everything our community has to offer. The beauty, great condition and strong social fabric of our community does not just happen on its' own. A forward-thinking Board, excellent management team, and tireless volunteer resident committees all work together to ensure that our community remains a great place to live, while also remaining financially strong and fiscally responsible. The Facilities Committee is a key part of that process by conducting monthly inspections, evaluating the need for repairs, maintenance, and replacement of items (big and small). Along with management staff, the committee makes appropriate recommendations to the Board for their consideration as the elected decision-making body. Finally, it's important to restate that resident input is always valued and appreciated as our community will always be better off with active and engaged residents. As such, you are encouraged to complete a Resident Communication Form available at The Lodge front desk if you would like the committee to consider any facilities related issues.
