24 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2026 Facilities Committee At our January meeting, appointments were confirmed for key committee roles. Deborah Wasbotten will serve a third term as Co- Chair, and Marc Solomon will assume his second term as Secretary. I will remain the Chair of Facilities for a third consecutive term. As outlined in our Charter, the facilities team for 2026 consists of seven members, which meets the Charters' specified requirement. Our seven members are Bob Ferrier, Greg Messick, Steve Margulix, Phillip Westbrook, Deborah Wasbotten, Marc Solomon, and me, Regina Farmer. As part of this month's Facilities Committee Spotlight, we are pleased to highlight our state-of-the-art gyms — a true highlight at both The Lodge and The Courts. These vibrant fitness centers are more than just places to work out: they offer a welcoming environment with a variety of equipment to suit every fitness level. The cardio area features treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes, providing options for heart-pumping workouts whether you prefer running, cycling, or low-impact movement. For those focused on strength, you will find a complete set of free weights, resistance machines, and benches designed to help you build and tone muscle safely. To support balance and f lexibility, our gyms also include stability balls and stretching mats, so you can round out your routine and improve overall wellness. No matter what your fitness goals, there's equipment here to help you succeed. The Courts also feature separate men's and women's saunas, which are ideal for stress reduction, improved circulation, and muscle relaxation. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Greg Messick, committee member, for openly sharing his valuable insights and recommendations regarding gym equipment. His input helps us improve the space for everyone. We encourage you to come by and explore all the great features in the gym, and connect with fellow residents.
