In this class, we explore a variety of practices, including: • Chair, standing, and mat yoga poses (Asanas) • Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra • Breathing techniques and chakra balancing • Meditation and cultivating inner harmony • Healthy eating and other wellness topics of interest to the group Multiple studies show that yoga can support healthy aging by improving mobility, balance, and mental well-being, while helping prevent cognitive decline. Yoga may also increase flexibility, strength, posture, and stress resilience. This group is all-inclusive and welcomes everyone — from beginners to more experienced practitioners.
