| OHCC LIVING | MARCH 2026 | 7 Time f lies, we're in March and it doesn't help that February is our shortest month. However, it also celebrates black history and our wonderful Valentine's Day. I hope you enjoyed a wonderful dinner and the month. One important message I would like to inform our residents about is the topic of ICE. This was brought to my attention by residents that wanted to know Community Patrol's policy in the event ICE attempts to enter our community. Our policy is, agents must present a valid judicial warrant to gain access or have permission to enter. If such an event occurs, both the General Manager, Gloria Todisco, and I (Tony Duong) will be notified immediately. Our standard procedures for interacting with government officials will still apply. This includes verifying their badge and reviewing the official warrant before allowing entry. Very short article this month however, I hope the information about ICE eases any anxiety or questions that involve them at this time. Any questions regarding the rules and regulations, please do not hesitate to contact the front gate. I or any of the other officers will gladly answer them, we seek compliance and adherence to the rules established at Ocean Hills Country Club. Any actions performed by the officers that you would like me to address with the patrol officers, please give me a call or email. That should be it for now!
