12 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2026 I am running for the Board of Directors because I think the actions of the Board of Directors and the Management need to be more transparent and responsive to each and every homeowner! If you have a concern, a suggestion or a complaint, you should be heard. Most importantly you should receive a timely response! Topics such as maintenance response times, budgeting and reserves, amenity improvements, safety initiatives, and communication practices are all areas that should matter to all homeowners. It would be my task to improve the way these topics are communicated to the homeowners. If I am elected my primary tasks would be: -- to listen/hear what homeowners have to say; -- to push for a response whether positive or not; -- to push for posting information regarding the Conservancy and being Fire Wise; -- to push for the Community website having more accurate and current information; -- to push for, after being approved by the Board, posting of the Budget Variance Report or the Financial Summary Report; -- to push for additional uses for facilities/rooms without high usage; -- to push for review/upgrade of gym equipment; -- to push for a better agenda/visuals for homeowners attending committee meetings; -- to push for a visible suggestion box at each facility, Lodge, Summit, Courts; -- to push to consider term limits for the Board of Director's. I won't say that we will always agree, but to me, your being heard is most important! Fostering an inclusive environment where everyone's voice matters is most important. I will work toward initiatives that improve community engagement. I have lived in our community for almost four years. I am currently on four committees, Finance, Facilities, Communication and Social. Before moving to Four Seasons: –- I had served on Homeowner Association Boards for 25-30 years. –- I was a Student Body President in College. -- I was a Citizens Police Volunteer for several years and a Parks and Recreation Commissioner in Signal Hill. –- I have a Master's Degree in Psychology. Thank you for considering my candidacy. I am excited for the opportunity to serve the Four Seasons at Beaumont Community and to work together to continue keeping the Community financially stable and one which will continue to attract seniors to our Community. I look forward to the possibility of contributing my passion to our shared success. Thank you for your time and consideration. It is now time to demonstrate that you care about our Community, VOTE!
