NEW ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER I'm very happy to announce that we have selected a new Assistant General Manager. Haley Wearp started in April and comes to us from another FirstService Residential large onsite property in Corona. Haley has over five years of Association management experience, with the last four being a Facility Manager handling contracts for large repairs, onsite activities, and the day-to-day operation of a clubhouse. BOARD ELECTION Please make sure you voted in the Board election. Ballots must be returned by Monday, May 4 at 9 am. Also make sure that you sign the green envelope for your vote to count. MARCH DOLLARS AND CENTS At the March Board meeting, the following projects and bids were approved. Please note in parentheses is the committee that generated the proposal and then stating either an Operational expense which comes from this year's dues, or a Reserve expense which is in effect the Association's Savings Account. • Upholstery Cleaner - $1,300 (Facilities/Operational) • Summit Acrylic Insert - $2,000 (Facilities/Operational) • Mesa Verde Slope Plant Replacement - $5,600 (Landscape/PW Credit) • Trail C Tree Removal - $1,260 (Landscape/Operational) DAILY REPORT If you're not receiving Four Seasons Beaumont daily emails/Activities Blasts, email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.org to have your email added to the list of recipients. Having your email on the list is especially important in order to receive warnings and updates related to emergencies in our area (example: July 2025 Wolf Fire). REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only "save" you a few seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Slow down and drive responsibly. Also, use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian and wear white or reflective clothing when it's dark outside. Make sure to fob-in each and every time you enter a facility. One, it's the rule, and two, team members rotate through the different facilities and the person at the desk when you return might not be the one who was there originally and saw you fob-in the first time.
