This level of energy is a great ref lection of how engaged and active your community continues to be, and we appreciate everyone's patience as we work hard to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. As most of you should know by now, Jocelyne Quiroz has been promoted to Assistant General Manager/Lifestyle Manager. Jocelyne has truly stepped into her new role with professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication. She has been doing an amazing job managing her expanded responsibilities while continuing to support both residents and staff. Her leadership and positive attitude have already made a noticeable impact, and we are excited to see her continue to grow in this position. We are also pleased to share additional staff updates. Madelyne Almodovar has been promoted to Property Service Manager. Madelyne has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to go above and beyond. She is a great team player who supports her colleagues and takes pride in her work. This promotion is very well deserved, and we are confident she will excel in her new role. In addition, Raul Feregrino has been promoted to Front Desk Concierge. Raul has shown great commitment, professionalism, and a friendly approach when assisting residents and guests. His hard work and efforts have certainly paid off, and we are proud to have him representing our front desk team in this new capacity. More great news, Amar Gupta, our direct Supervisor has been promoted to Vice President - Large Scale Division. Amar has been a great mentor and leader for all of the staff. Congratulations Amar! All of these promotions were based on merit and were deservingly earned. It is always rewarding to recognize team members who consistently contribute to the success of our community. If you happen to see Madelyne or Raul around the property, please take a moment to congratulate them on their achievements. With these changes and promotions, we will now be looking to fill two Monitor positions. Jocelyne and I are currently in the process of conducting interviews and carefully selecting candidates who will be a good fit for our team and the community. During this transition period, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we adjust schedules and responsibilities to ensure continued service. Lastly, we invite you to join us at the next Open Session Board Meeting. These meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at 2 pm in the Ballroom. The agenda is posted four days prior to the meeting in accordance with Civil Code § 4920(a), giving everyone the opportunity to stay informed on upcoming discussions and decisions. We value resident participation and encourage you to attend, ask questions, and stay involved in the community. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you soon.
