6 TERRAMOR BEYOND THE GATES | SUMMER 2026 The Homeowners Review Committee (HRC) is honored to serve our Terramor community by supporting the ongoing enhancement, functionality, and maintenance of our shared spaces and recreational amenities. The HRC is comprised of dedicated homeowner volunteers appointed by the Board who share a commitment to preserving the beauty, quality, and long-term value of our community. Current committee members include Hydee Hall, Mike Baum, Monique Fisher, Paul Constantino, and Vickie Carney, who serves as HRC Chair. Rodney Humphrey serves as Board Liaison to the Committee. The HRC assists in reviewing operational inquiries, maintenance needs, repairs, and improvement opportunities throughout Terramor, including The Veranda, Terrace Club facilities, swimming pools, sports courts, parks and common areas. The Committee also conducts assigned project research, evaluates trends and improvement ideas, and assists with project monitoring and cost analysis as requested. Through resident surveys, focus groups, and community discussions, the HRC identified four key areas of importance to residents: amenities, communication, safety, and services. These priorities continue to guide the Committee's recommendations and efforts. Recent contributions include new furniture at The Loggia in the Veranda, additional doggie stations throughout the community, and upcoming seating and shade enhancements at our pocket parks. Looking ahead, the HRC is working on naming the various parks throughout the community, researching seating and activity elements to add to open spaces within the community, path lighting and Veranda office restructure. The Committee will be sending out a Community Survey for homeowner input on the various elements. As Terramor continues to grow, future opportunities for resident participation in the HRC may become available. Please let us know if you are interested in joining in the future.
