A Message from your Secretary

The Four Seasons Terra Lago (FSTL) HOA Board
recently expanded the role of Secretary to include
Communication Coordination. Traditionally, the HOA
Secretary serves as the association's official record
keeper and communication liaison. By formally
adding Communications Coordination, the Board
is strengthening responsibilities the role already
supports and aligning with widely recognized HOA
best practices. This ensures clearer, more consistent
communication and a centralized point of information
f low for our community.
The Board understands how essential effective
communication is to a well-informed and engaged
community. We have been working closely with
management to enhance the content and clarity of our
weekly e-blasts so they remain timely, relevant, and
useful. If you have any suggestions for improving these

A reminder that our What's on Your Mind sessions
take place on the first Friday of each month at 9 am
in the Lodge Bistro. These informational gatherings
provide an opportunity to share comments, questions
and concerns directly with Board members and
management staff. We appreciate the residents who
attend and contribute to making FSTL a welcoming
and vibrant community.
As you may already know, the FSTL HOA continues
to work through ongoing negotiations with the builder,
K. Hovnanian Homes, regarding construction-related
issues. Because these discussions involve our legal
counsel, certain details must remain confidential.
However, we are pleased to inform you that our attorney
has agreed to attend an upcoming community meeting
to provide a general update to all residents. The date is
still being finalized, and we will announce it as soon
as it is confirmed, with as much advance notice as
possible. We encourage all residents to attend, as the
information shared will be valuable and informative.
