| LIFE IN SOLERA | JULY 2026 | 37 Find Your Balance: Yoga Wellness for Every Body Take a break from the rush of daily life and reconnect with yourself in our welcoming community yoga class. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, our sessions are designed to support all levels with gentle guidance, mindful movement, and space to breathe. We begin each class with calming meditation, followed by chair yoga to gently warm up the body. From there, we progress to standing and floor asanas (poses), allowing you to build strength, flexibility, and confidence at your own pace. Our friendly, experienced instructors provide modifications and encouragement every step of the way; there's no pressure or judgment, just a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and cared for. Yoga can help improve balance and stability, increase flexibility and joint mobility, support better posture, and reduce stress. Regular practice may also promote relaxation, enhance breathing, and contribute to overall well-being and independence. Join us Fridays, 10 to– 11:30 am in Oakmont Rooms 1–3. Join us and make wellness part of your routine. YOGA WELLNESS e acrylic painting class is held every Monday aernoon from 3:15 to approximately 5 pm. Solera is fortunate to have Judy Hale leading the sessions. Judy is a talented artist and she's generously donating her time to share her expertise with us.
